How to Rent or Reserve a Unit

  • Navigate to a facility page by finding the Store Space location nearest you
  • Select a Storage Unit and click the “Reserve Now” button
  • Fill in some personal data and select a move-in date
  • Click “Reserve Now” and confirm your email address to receive a reservation confirmation
  • After completing your reservation, you’ll have the option to complete the rental process online (please have a credit card available)

Tip: If you select a Touchless Rental, we’ll do our best to minimize in-person contact with store staff, and we’ll reach out to you with the move-in details, including a gate access code and the location of your lock.

  • To rent by phone, simply call any Store Space store or our Care Center at 833-786-7366
  • Please make the storage specialist aware if you’re in need of a Touchless Rental for no in-person contact
  • They'll take your information, complete your rental and answer all your move-in questions!

Tip: It’s a good idea to check our available inventory online and reference our size guide to ensure you’re getting the right size storage to suit your needs.

  • To rent in person or to tour a facility, a Store Space storage professional will be available during regular posted business hours to assist. Curbside service is available in some markets. 
  • For your added convenience, each Store Space facility has a self-service kiosk, allowing customers to view available inventory and rates. The streamlined rental process allows you to tap the screen, scan your driver's license and swipe your credit card—that's it.

Note: Some Store Space facilities are kiosk-only locations. On-site instructions and real-time support from our Care Center is available at these locations seven days a week!
