Very easy to access the facility. It's convenient and accommodating. Can't really ask for much more.

I will give 5 stars they were very nice and was patient with me and my questions. The only problem I had was there was only one flatbed and it was being used. Luckily, my storage spot was not very far from front door though as I didn’t want to wait for the other people to get done. I am pretty sure he got on phone with management to rectify.

Layndon and Jayce are so supportive and understanding. They are both professional and kind. Those two are rockstars and I thank them for their service!

Excellent service, Faye and Jayce were both very personable and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed when picking up items from this facility. The facility was clean, and well lighted, Jayce and Faye got me a staff use cart when none of the others were available. They informed me of which door my unit was closest to, to make transporting my items easier on me. They both went above and beyond what is necessary for a client at a storage facility. Thank you both!

I rented my unit all online so far so good only thing that I don't like about it is that I was told that it was going to be a drive-up unit and it's definitely not that and I was told that there was carts available I didn't know you had to go to the office to get it. Overall I'm Happy.

Friend ly helpful

Need maps at each entrance so people can find their unit easier. Tags at each intersection listing unit numbers would be helpful also.

I was comfortable with this being a clean, climate controlled, and secure environment to store my items. The staff for customer support were very friendly and helpful. The manager of the storage center was very nice and helpful. They had allowed me to use one of the carts to bring in my items to my storage unit, making it easier for me to make more trips to packing my unit, and less work with the doors.

There’s a tall guy with dark hair who is very polite stocky I believe his name is Jason because the other guy that works there I haven’t worked with yet but gentleman is married I believe as well! He goes above and beyond what he needs to just ask five customers, he’s very professional as well as very understanding! He listens, as well as gives his best advice on any questions that I’ve had so I just feel that he deserves the recognition for that thank you!

There’s a beautiful woman with dark hair & I believe her name is Charlotte & she’s absolutely amazing & definitely deserves recognition for going above & beyond for her customer’s! I adore her!

This is a really good place for storage. The employees are very nice and helpful, and it is a clean facility. Can't express just how wonderful they are. Got a storage unit and needed another and she got me one in the next hallway.

Rented my unit online and checked in when I moved things into my unit. Online reservation was super easy. Check in great - Jay processed everything quickly and walked me back to my unit. Very impressed.

The facility is very nice, clean, and accessible. I like that it feels like two layers of security with the codes to access the building and then the locks on the door. The manager, Jayce, went above and beyond to help me locate some units closer together. Highly recommend this facility for storage needs.

Staff was great. Facility is cold however please turn up the heat.

Overall I like the space. I have three units and appreciate the three month move in discount. I have two units that are the same and when I rented the second one it was $50 more per month. That was a little disappointing. The place is clean and I give the manager 5 stars. He does a great job there.

Easiest rental ever!!

The over online experience was very easy and the call center rep was very professional with completing the storage rental process. When arriving to the storage facility the staff was very welcoming and greeted me was soon as I walked into the store with a smile. They have a great team and all was working well together to get my rental finalized and showed me to my storage and the best way to enter. The storage units are very clean with a large variety! Although my rental is a very quick rental I will be back if ever needed again. Thank you all for your quickness and be so welcoming.

Love that the storage place is down the street from me. It has been a big help with moving. Amanda is awesome and listens to our small talk. Only negative thing I have is that you have to check out carts, which are only available when the office is open. I get that some shady people come and go in this place, but maybe put a GPS tracker on them where the wheels lock if it gets a certain distance from the facility. That way, people are able to move things in a broader time window.

I like the location

I have been very pleased with both the facility and the personnel at this location. An issue arose when I called in to rent an additional space, but my in-laws were unable to access that space when they arrived later that same day to add items to that space. Management was very helpful and was able to get the issue resolved quickly. The service is greatly appreciated!

Clean excellent service and very pleased with the price. I discontinued service with public storage cause they have raised their price AGAIN. Been there for almost 2 years and they have at least raised their price every year. And $25 at a time. This January they r charging $175 for my 10×15. But now at STORE SPACE i have a 10×25, inside, for a special of $68 for 3 months but after that price will b $135. More space better deal

Friendly...very efficient check in....seems very clean and secure....a map or directory would be nice....kind of confusing finding the best path to my storage unit.

The staff is the best , hands down , no qualms . the facility is clean and appears to be secure, unless you have one of the HUGE outside units plan on carting and walking and there are too few carts

Everything went real smooth with the contactless renting of the storage space. No complaints.

On a Sunday afternoon and last moment, I was able to get ahold of not only the store manager but she was able to talk with the regional manager and work with me on an interior space and multiple parking spaces for my trailers and my boat and was a great price. I was limited on time and they allowed longer access times for few days to accommodate my move also. I have been so appreciative for the willingness to assist to provide the emergency spaces required for my time restrivted move stipulations. I will recommend everyone I know that needs storage to Store Space. Thx Amanda and the regional manager for all their patience and willingness to help someone that was a new customer and I can't express my gratitude for their efforts. Great place

I've used a lot of storage places before, but this facility was the cleanest and nicest one I've used by far. The staff was so helpful, especially Amanda. She was going above and beyond to to be helpful kind and had no problem with answering my many questions. There was another gentleman there that was also very helpful, but I can't recall his name.

Amanda is so awesome. She helped us get exactly what we needed. And the facility is by far the cleanest place we have ever rented from. Thank you so much Amanda!

Nice people and the place is clean

I like everything. It’s nice and cool not like other storage facilities. I don’t like that if we get a referral from someone we told about your facility that because we have not been there over 60 days we’re not eligible for the 50.00 discount especially when we wasn’t made aware of that from the beginning.

The process of renting a storage unit was simple and easy. I reserved my unit online and then made a trip to the storage location. I was greeted by two nice employees who helped and answered all of my questions. I opted to make my payments online and that process is very easy too. So far, so good!!

Great customer service Amanda walk me through the process and answer all my questions. She show us the space size of the unit that I would be renting very knowable about her job. I would recommend Store Space to my family and friends, I would give Store Space 5 stars. :)

Amanda is absolutely fantastic. Every time I call to speak with her I great amazing customer service. Its people like her that keep my business. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Amanda has been very helpful and patient with me and i have struggled with family matter during my transfer into a new unit. she has went above and beyond to call and check on me and my husband and let me know shes is willing to do whatever needs done to make this transition easier for me.

Great customer service and well maintained facility

Very nice and clean facility. The reservation and information was easy to understand and self serve. My only complaint is that I went back on Sunday to take a few loads and the office was closed even though they were suppose to be open. Also. The one door that was closest to my unit wouldn’t unlock even though I used my code. I had to go all the way around and all the carts were locked in the office.

This is the first time I have ever used a storage space and I am very pleased with this one! I love the controlled temperature units for my furniture, etc! The ladies at the Madison Avenue Store Space are very helpful and courteous! So far I am well pleased!

Thank you for this larger space and the staff being so accommodating. It's more than I need but the location of my unit is so convenient and easily accessible as I have some larger pieces of furniture a d it would have been difficult to the other unit I was originally assigned.

Customer service was great. CSRs were pleasure to talk to and help me with what I needed. I'm bad remembering names but the tele-workers great and Indy in store rep smile made a tough day for me a whole lot easier to deal with. And in the world we are living in right now I'm truly grateful for the 3 ladies who helped me!

Nice clean facility.

We are a 501 (C) 3 working with the homeless population in Indianapolis. We needed access to our unit late in the afternoon (~5 PM)to to early evening(~10 PM). Store Space met all our requirements. In addition Carlos, the District Manager, helped us get through a number of situations with efficiency and professionalism. One of these issues occurred late on Sunday afternoon. He immediately went to work on the issue and had a resolution worked out within a few hours. A second issue occurred at 8 PM on a Wednesday evening once again Carlos came through to work out the issue immediately. Each of these problems occurred outside of normal business hours. For the District Manager to step up and correct the problems epitomizes Customer Service. There are many locations to store ones items in Indianapolis but few that will serve the customers needs as Store Space has done for us.

Awesome place. Very clean and well maintained. Very secure location, with lots of convenient perks, and a great price. I would recommend this storage location to anyone looking for a nice place to keep their stuff or just to un-clutter their home/garage.
