I've just rented my 6th unit from Store Space - as a business owner, a facility with dock height access is a rare gem. I love interacting with the Store Space staff, both on the ground and in the call center. I don't know what I'd do without you guys!

Abigail was kind in person and on the phone.

It was quite easy to rent my storage once going into the website all problems were personally fixed over the phone or in person by Abigail. she did a wonderful job and had wonderful customer service over the phone. I really like the way that the storage has a need Drive-In into the facility to your storage ,very nice touch☺️

When I first started written that storage space it was very clean it's very dirty now it got roaches I done saw mices up there and then the customer service the new guy that worked there his attitude is really really messed up like people got to treat people really nice when they want people to come to business it's just sad how they treat people

Everything was wonderful except for the very first day. I arrived 10 minutes after opening time and found that the office was closed. The employee didn’t arrive until 9:20 or 9:30 because “the paint job took a while, you know how it is”. Haha, I dont, because I wouldn’t schedule to get my car painted right before work

I would give zero stars if I could. I secured the rental of a facility in Indianpolis and upon arrival the code was invalid and I coukd not gain entry. I have been calling and emailing the aciity since Sunday and I have not heard back from them. I absolute refuse to pay for something that I can not use. Don't rent from this facility as you will be throwing away good money. I have rented from other facilities and I have never had this problem. This is a big disappointment.

when we arrived this last saturday, the 2 guys working at the facility were great. our first time there and they were very helpful to us the place was clean and we felt safe!!

There was trash in my storage unit upon moving my stuff in.

I had storage for 3 months couldn't use cause frame beam took up majority of it. Then I been paying in unit for 3 yrs and referred someone and was Tokd I'd get 50.00 credit this month being trying to pay it but not getting credit

Customer service on the phone is okay. The fact that no one is ever in the office so that we can use carts or get any assistance is terrible. Storage space is clean, nice and affordable. Customer service is a big part of the company and that's where you failed

I had a wonderful experience. Mya (hopefully I’m spelling her name correctly)was friendly, knowledgeable & genuine. She made me feel comfortable about renting a storage unit with little to no experience, and, at the end of the interaction, I wanted to be her friend! Great person, great employee, she deserves a raise.

I think that the person on the phone did great helping me understand what the procedure for renting and paying. The woman in office (Mia) did good changing my space and changing my payment.

The online process was quick and easy! I called and had a few questions, got them answered and I was all set. The property is nice, clean, and secure. With they had 24-hour access but not a major dealbreaker. So far, very happy!

The guy who helped me was very nice and helpful. He was professional and explained everything to me clearly. Greatly satisfied. Thank you (didn’t remember his name .. younger African American guy)

Jaylen was THE BEST!!! The unit the customer service had assigned me to was broken and the next day when Jaylen found out he found me a new unit and even helped move all my furniture and stuff! Awesome person with a great heart and personality!! Hope to see him around when using my unit!!

Jalen was wonderful and professional. He explained everything and gave me a tour. The facility was clean and very safe...it's located next to the police maintenance garage.

The facility is clean and well ventilated to keep your belongings fresh. It easy to access after hours or when ever you have the time.

This is my first time renting a storage unit and nathan was so helpful! the facility and units are all so clean and the prices are amazing. Since it is an indoor unit I was nervous about having to carry everything a good distance, but I was blown away with the drive in garage door that allows you to pull into the building. It made the move super easy and I will continue to rent from them!! Great promos and deals as well

We had never rented a storage space before & needed one for our daughter to keep her dorm gear over the summer. Nathan, the manager at the location was a super star!! He provided all the information we needed!!! Our code to enter didn’t work but I called the customer service number & we were able to access the building. The unit & building were very clean!! Thanks for all the tips about damp rid etc... we are confident that when we return in a few months that her things will not be moldy & musty. We’ll continue to use this facility throughout her college years.

Bobby was great! I opened my account online and customer service agent called me to finish setting me up. However, I was told that my storage room was on the first floor when it was actually on the 2nd. Bobby was very courteous and efficient. He quickly changed my storage room location to the first floor closest to the ramp door. He also gave me an access number that was shorter and easier to remember.

Staff does a great job! Some of the people renting in the facility are rude and disrespectful, leaving the large garage doors open for the place to get cold or throwing trash out onto the ground! The employees do a great job of keeping the place really clean and the trash outside is always cleaned up within a day. I was very surprised at how often I see the inside being cleaned it smells very nice, the office was very easy to work with as well.

I have been with store space for 2 months thus far. The employees are Awesome , the facility are very clean, well secured , I would totally recommend my friends , family , and anyone who has belongings to use store space. I was surprised how cheap comparison to other storage company's store space (checking with 5 other storage places ) and others didn't have the security as store space has. I give store space a ? ? ? ? ? ? rating. Great job store space ! ! !

Everything went smoothly, I needed to store something before the date i was supposed to start and they were flexible! One thing I had trouble with was finding the storage number but other than that had a great experience

Store-Space is great. This was the first time my wife and I rented a storage unit and I will be fair I was concerned; however when we arrived and was shown the units, the security, and the assessability I was very impressed and happy. The manager walked me through the facility, ensured we had everything we needed to get started, and even to the time to answer my LONG list of questions. Very impressed!!! This site wonderful, it is very clean and easy access to our spot. The staff is very friendly and informative. We feel very confident that the items we have moved to this storage space will be kept safe. We really enjoyed the drive up indoor climate controlled unit. It is the first time we have been comfortable when moving into a storage unit. No freezing cold or sweating involved with this move!

The people and the facility are Top notch, and having drive through inside is beyond my wildest dream. You do not have to exit vehicle to hit the code for entrance. If you are storing in the rain, you may not get wet at all. It seems Store Space is the place to be.

Store Space is so great and they are extremely helpful when I first started renting my space with them. I had a small hiccup with using my access code to get in, but the staff was very helpful is resolving this issue. Plus, their rates are very affordable! I would definitely recommend Store Space to a friend.
