Such a good experience. It’s clean, safe and climate controlled, so I had no worries about the condition of my stored items. When I moved out, everything was in perfect condition. I had so much help from their awesome on-site manager, Ivy. She was always available, helpful and kind. And patient! Really A+ customer service:)

Can't get into the gate because of the tow truck business is either on your property or directly across the street directly in front of the gate . its very difficult to make that turn with that stupid tow truck there. You people need to do something about that !

The Team at 335 Price location is awesome. There was an issue with my unit, but the quickly got me settled into a new one. But ladies were so nice. This is the 3rd time I rented there and will continue to do so. Great customer service all around.

HORRIBLE!!!, DON'T SPENT MONEY HERE! I'm active-duty personnel, my family and I move constantly. Because we were moving to a city, I had to get a storage to put most of our belonging (due to new apartment been too small). I chose this place, and the experience has not been good. First, they will keep adding every 3 months an estimated extra amount of $10 to $15 dollars. You ask for the reason and they will tell you is because of “inflation”. I would not complain about this fee if the place was spotless but is not. The last time I went to check, I found A LOT OF MICE EXCREMENT all over our personal belongings. We had to get rid of a carpet, clothes, and other things because I was not taking the chance of getting ill. Same day, we decide to speak to the lady in the front desk and cancel the storage. I explain her that we were paying for a monthly insurance (with them) that I wanted to fill out a claim to recover the money of the things I had to throw away, but she just gave us the "manager" e-mail and phone number to call him because she was not able to help us. All she did was cancel the storage. Since then, I been trying to contact the "manager", and they NEVER answer the phone. This place is not worth it! get another place and save your money and time!

So far so good . It's just very quiet & dreary after sundown & it seems like their is no staff on sight to assist or help you if you needed it. The building is cared for & clean..time of entry isl monitored..my items are safe.

Good self storage. They should add more air conditioners all around the building and fix up minor parts( ex. walls, pipes, a toilet).

Could be easier to find individual units, but facility is clean and staff friendly.

Never thought my personal belongings would be stored for so long but it's comforting to know that it is all safe, like I left it and ready to be moved into a comfortable home. I miss everything that I have hear and when I visit, I'm pleased. Thanks store space

Mary Anne at the E. Price St location was very professional and friendly each time she assisted my mother getting a storage unit and then again we I got one a week later. Staff is nice and everything is straightforward/easy to find. The only issue is my storage unit has a huge pipe running through it so I can't use the full space I rented and I had to work around it.

I think I found a great place that is close and convenient to my needs. Customer service is great, they call you they help you and they do their due diligence for each person while doing their rounds. I’m glad I found and chose this storage space!

I caught a fantastic flash sale. The facility is clean & well lit. Customer service was awesome. The unit itself is clean and huuuuge for the price. I especially like that it's a climate controlled building. Conveniently located in Germantown on Price Street a couple blocks from Germantown ave (Bayton & Price St.)

Great Customer service Representative. They both were aware of our present and was concerned of our safety by limiting the guest in the showroom. I'm leaving this review for the Stores Space Self Storage on PRICE STREET in GERMANTOWN where I was treated so well by the two customer service Representatives at the front desk. They treated me with respect and was very friendly, showed us the facility in person, walked with us and inspected the unit and help this out with all the paperwork it was the best experience I've ever had at a self storage unit. I'm brand new here, but i have no reason to this otherwise. My unit is on the 3rd floor, which is brand new, gorgeous, clean. The guy who works there is incredible, took personal time to go with us and show me exactly where it is and answer questions. He probably is most responsible for making it a great experience. I wish i could remember his name, but he is brand new.

I want to thank everyone at Store Space! Everyone was really helpful from my online application, leasing information, payment and insurance. To arrive at my location the store employee was really helpful. She showed in some the ins and out of the storage unit.

I am impressed by the courtesy, kindness, and professionalism shown by the office staff, including Reggie, Leah, and Stevie. The premises are maintained well with sufficient parking space, convenient access, toilet on the ground floor, and excellent storage facilities of various sizes for the convenience of customers. The current promotional rates are very attractive. I have just rented a 10ftx10ft storage unit at a very affordable price (with one month of free storage).

My move has been extremely difficult but the staff at the Price Street Store Space made it much better! They were so friendly and patient with all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely be recommending to anyone I know who needs a recommendation on a storage facility.

Honest, Reliable and Efficient ! This is an unsolicited review. Reggie and Marquis are very professional, honest and efficient. I was made to feel that I was the only Store Space client in the entire facility ! I watched them handle every potential customer and issue quickly and with a sense of urgency. I am impressed by their aggressive pursuit to satisfy each client, as challenging as it may be from time to time. This location is a hidden gem in the Northwest section of Germantown. I made several storage location comparisons; I contacted the call center, and the information I received from the center representative, was repeated at the location I selected. I appreciated the thorough explanation of the lease terms, penalties and insurance options, available to me. It's refreshing to have been business transactions conducted in an open and transparent forum. Reggie and Marquis are to be commended for their efforts to make the Price Street location a true jewel in Germantown ! I am over-joyed to have found this storage location and I will continue to conduct business and recommend them as the place to go for anyone's storage needs. Warmest regards,

I just moved into store space storage yesterday . All throughout my process the staff have been amazing . I didn’t get to the storage until 3:20 yesterday and they were closing at 4 . The manager never rushed me out . The staff is so patient and helpful . I would surely recommend this place to other ppl.
