The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and in great shape. Transporting your stuff from the moving truck to the storage unit is easy and convenient.

Eric and April are the bomb!!! I never have to worry about anything, if I need something or have a question they are always available and if I have to leave messages they always get right back to me. Eric and April recently convinced me to rent an garage unit and it’s the best move I have made. They are always right on things and happy to help! Love them!! Totally happy!!!!

They do not pro-rate when you move out, so make sure your things are out before the first day of the month. Just an FYI

Very clean facility. It was a little creepy right in front of our unit as the light was burned out in the hall way (or at least it wouldn’t work) so our unit was hard to see inside of, used our cell phone flashlights. We did tell someone about it when we left so hopefully it will be taken care of before we return.

I reserved my unit online, and when I finished, I was prompted to head to the office to finish setting up my account. When I arrived, Eric was super nice and helpful, making sure I got the unit that best suited my needs, and didn’t just throw me wherever.

Eric and April are awesome!!!! Very down to earth, keeps facility clean and always are there to help!!! Couldn’t be more happy. They are more like friends than workers!!! You two freaking rock!!!

My opinion is spend the money where it needs to go into security cameras that records all night and day. People have had their stuff stolen many times frome here. And my family is one of them.

Absolutely wonderful experience! This is by far the best storage facility I've ever rented from. The employees are amazingly helpful and friendly. Bridget (I'm horrible with names but I'm pretty sure I'm right) walked me through everything and gave me a tour, showing me several entrances and bay doors where I could pull inside to unload (seriously, inside out of the rain!) and they even have carts you can use so no carrying your boxes to your unit! How awesome is that?! They also have several ways to make your payment which makes renting even easier. I'll never rent anywhere else. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After signing a contact and paying ALL fees I was walked to a unit and given keys. Unloaded my stuff...a week later I arrived to find myself locked out. I approached the desk staff to inquire, she was RUDE and without looking up a thing state "you owe money." Not after 6 days I dont..don't... 20 minutes later she arrived to let me in the unit I was walked to by Eric the first day and she tells me the lockout is my fault for having my stuff in the wrong locker... apparently it's my fault that Eric entered the wrong locker number. She proceeded to be rude and stand over my wife and I...finally as she walked away she called me an asshole. Had I left town my stuff would have been stolen by store space...(thrown out or sold...same difference) and I would have been paying for an empty unit (so stealing my money as well) Use at your own risk, but be available to stop by and verify your stuff is still there. My opinion is your stuff is safer in a random strangers garage.

I arrived on Saturday October 8 2022 was greet by Eric and he was very helpful and I letting me change my unit to a large size only thing is you could use more carts for unloading looking forward to doing business with you

I will give only 1 star. In 2022 our unit was broken into. We feel it was an inside job because the lock was changed. We thought they had working cameras. They weren’t hooked up. The office never mentioned the cameras were off. As a 7 year customer I will never rent from them again. And I steer my friends and family away from there.

Was not aware of the indoor storage and he found another unit the was so much easier to get things to great experience would definitely refer to someone. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Weather was not on our side today while we dropped our things off at our storage unit, but Eric had the best customer service. He offered us a different unit closer to an accessible garage door so we weren't getting soaked while unloading. He brought us carts for hauling our belongings which made for fewer and lighter loads. We are so thankful for all his help today in our process of securing our storage unit. Would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone!

Eric at the Battle Creek storage location has been a great help, and very professional. The storage units here are very clean and in great condition.

Bridgett the Manager of the Knapp Location in Battle Creek, Mi was wonderful. She was honest upfront on some the units she was concerned with renting and gave me the options to choose. She offered discounts where available. Her personality was the selling point. She is an asset to Store Space.

Super helpful and friendly staff, very clean facility, and reasonable prices. The whole set up makes unloading/loading your belongings super easy... Along with their later hours which allow us to access the units until 10pm. Glad I ended up going with Store Space Self Storage... I highly recommend!!!

I had my sister move in here as she is going through a domestic violence situation Bonnie in the office did a quick move in with her and even took the time to listen to my sister and her problems and gave her a hug and told her it is going to be alright she went above and beyond her job to help calm my sister down through this bad time. She did not have to care about her at all but when it was all said and done my sister left the place with a smile instead of crying A BIG SHOUT OUT TO Bonnie AS SHE DID NOT HAVE TO CARE!

Going through a very hard time in my life and Bonnie was so easy to work with heck she even had me laughing before I left very clean unit my first experience with storage good job!

Very nice people! Storage space is clean and dry. The only issue I see is some of the unit renters take the moving cart and lock them up in their units. That leaves the rest of us carrying loads to ours. Not fair.

Quick move in Bonnie knew what she was doing went there yesterday and the gentlemen wasn't sure how to get me two units together came in today and Bonnie got me fixed up hate to move but she made it less painful

Bonnie is so upbeat takes her time show you what you need to store. My first time me and my wife have ever stored she had a lot of patients with us older folks keep up the good work

I picked this storage because of location near new home. She was very friendly and helpful answering all my questions. She explained the process and cost very well. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a storage unit.

When I called to reserve my unit I asked for one specifically closer to my home. The lady assured me it was the right place I had asked for. She was helpful and patient with me on the phone. However, the next day when I went to start moving my belongings in at the address I asked for I couldn't get the gate to work. So I rechecked my email and it WASNT the place I asked for. No biggie. I sucked it up and traveled 15 minutes to the other storage unit on Knipp Dr and the woman there was so very helpful. I didn't discuss with her what had happened I just wanted to get this done. She helped me with the lock and showed me where my unit was. She was very great! The key pad does not work tho to get inside so I have to hope that someone has left the door proped open.

Store Space provides outstanding customer service . Bonnie was very helpful, friendly. The facility is clean. We saw no evidence of leaks. We feel confident our stored items are safe.

I came in first thing this morning and rented a unit Bonnie at the desk had a very good personality and good demeanor. She took me to my unit showed me how to lock it with a cylinder lock never used one before told me the hours I could get in and out of my unit overall excellent experience

Quick move in the lady at the desk even stayed later then her shift to help me get the unit the same night. I gave it a five star because of the lady at the office I think she said her name was Bonnie

I rented the unit on line and had been in contact with the facility Manager Bonnie I was relocating from Illinois to Battle Creek I must of reached out to Bonnie probably 20 times through this whole process she made my moving experience so much easier. She never got angry that I bothered her so much LOL she helped me with the semi that had all my stuff loaded in it. While I was moving my stuff in she came out to my unit and checked on me which she did not have too. She went way above and beyond my first experience with a storage facility she made it so much easier will definitely recommend this place keep up the good work.

Even through trying times right now I went to transfer unit to a bigger one the lady at the counter did a quick turn around we kept our distance but she was so warming through it all would definitely recommend this place

We have been using this location for 5 yrs now and every time they are courteous and helpful.... this year the new management is just as good. Bonnie was extremely helpful thank you during these trying times...
