Indoor Storage Facility
Our temperature controlled units reside in an enclosed building. As such, these indoor storage units offer additional protection above and beyond just the humidity. First, an additional key code is required to get in (not just the gate code), for another layer of security. Second, you can visit your indoor unit and be cool and dry, no matter what the outside weather is like.
Drive-Up Storage Units
If you’re not storing sensitive items or need to access your unit on a more frequent basis, consider the convenience of a drive-up storage unit. Especially if you’re a local contractor storing equipment or a business that has fairly quick turnover, drive-up storage is ideal.
Regardless of the type of unit you select, move-in and unit access is always easy. Our driveways and our indoor aisles are always wide, and gate access is available 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. seven days a week.
Car Storage and Motorcycle Storage
Small cars can be stored in drive-up units 10’ by 15’, but most cars and trucks require a 10’ by 20’ unit or larger. We also have outdoor parking spaces for cars. Motorcycles can be stored in drive-up units at least 5’ by 10’ in size. Most side by sides can fit in a 10’ by 10’ unit.
RV Storage
Recreational vehicles such fifth-wheels, motor homes, travel trailers, toy haulers, campers and pop-ups are welcome at Store Space Bonita Springs. We have gated outdoor parking spaces up to 25 ft. in length. Drive-up units can accept vehicles 7 ft. tall and up to 30 ft. in length, such as side by sides, pop-ups, and many more.
Boat Storage
All types of boats are welcome at Store Space. We have gated spaces up to 25 ft. for larger watercraft. Drive-up units are suitable for watercraft 7 ft. tall and up to 30 ft. long, including kayaks, canoes and paddleboards, jet skis, as well as smaller fishing boats, such as bass boats.
Security at Bonita Springs Storage Facility
Security is always at the forefront with Store Space. Store Space facilities are well lit and have fully fenced perimeters, 24-hour digital video coverage and PIN-controlled access. We also have fire suppression and pest and rodent prevention systems in place to further protect your possessions.
We also offer MyStorage Portal for online account management to pay your bill, view account history and set up autopay. We also offer traditional invoicing methods, and we accept multiple payment methods, including credit card, cash or check. Or, use our onsite kiosk for bill pay.

A: Our kiosks are fast, easy and convenient. Just tap the screen to view inventory and select the unit(s) you need. Then, scan your driver’s license (or state-issued ID). Finally, swipe a debit or credit card to complete the transaction. You’ll also get your personalized gate access code.
Q: What if I can’t figure out how to use the self-service kiosk?
A: Our kiosks have a built-in tutorial, monitored by our Care Center during regular office hours, 7 days a week.

Bonita Springs, FL2 stars because on the day I moved in the code I was given to get into the facility did not work and so I had to call customer service to see what was happening. They were able to get ahold of the site manager and I was able to get in using their code but it has been almost 2 weeks and I still don't have my own personal code to get into the site. I'm worried that I won't be able to get to my clothes or shoes for my kids or myself as I put our work and school clothes in there since we are between homes right now. During this stressful situation in our life I feel more stressed that I may or may not be able to get into my storage space. I need to have access daily for myself and my family.

It was on Presidents’ Day. Code didn’t work and waited on hold for 25 minutes for someone to give me a temporary code. Once in, it went very smoothly and when I went back to add more things, the original code sent to me worked and actually greeted me with my name.

Then was given a temporary code. Was not told my unit was inside the building so took 2 trips by the time customer service told me it was inside in which then I needed a 2nd code to enter the building. Was told there would be a lock and 2 keys zip tied to cage but again, deceives and had to purchase my own and make 4th trip to use my unit. Would give “0” stars if available!
